Schiff Continues to Lead U.S. Senate Primary with 28%. Garvey have a chance? The latest Emerson poll shows the Republican is in second at 22%. Porter and Lee are way back at 16 and 9%.

But in California the top two move on. Garvey if he wins or finishes second will have a great big hill to climb. Being outspent and the Democrats have a two to one advantage in registered voters will be one tough obstacle to overcome.

Garvey needs the majority of Independents. Lately the Republican candidates have been stuck at 40%. Let's see what happens.
