California recently became what would be the worlds fourth largest economy. Don't kid your self. It's the other 49 states taxes that put them there. So what do they do with that tax revenue?

California Democrats have utilized this program for years to provide benefits to migrants ineligible for Social Security benefits due to their immigration status.
