Is the time right for California Latinos to shift right? This past Presidential election, Donald Trump saw shifts from 4-20% in nine of the 12 mostly Latino counties.

Granted it won't happen overnight, but this shows that Latinos, especially the educated legal ones are starting to look at an alternative.
