Called her Bluff. Taking the affirmative action AG to court.

Called her Bluff. Taking the affirmative action AG to court. James tried telling Nassau County that they had to let men play women's sports. Said that banning men from women sports was unconstitutional. Well they called her bluff.

Nassau County Executive Bruce Blakeman said in a lawsuit filed Tuesday that the “cease and desist” letter issued by state Attorney General Letitia James violates the U.S. Constitution’s “equal protection” clause, which is enshrined in the 14th Amendment.

James made a phony claim that there's New York laws that say men must be allowed to play womens sports. Even if there are such laws, federal law supersedes state laws.
