Where was the outrage when Biden reduced an officers Admiral rank to Captain?

Leftists are making a big stink because a captain who was insubordinate is getting his rank and pay reduced. But no outrage when this happened to an Admiral.

Doctor Ronny Jackson retired in 2019 but was later retroactively demoted to captain. And the Democrats outrage and objection?
