When Hate speech isn't free speech.

The phrase "I know it when I see it" was used in 1964 by United States Supreme Court Justice Potter Stewart. Back then he was talking about Porn. Today we have a much trickier situation. Hate speech and the  1ST Amendment.


AG Bondi wasn't clear when she said she would go after and prosecute Hate Speech. The left took that to mean anything Liberal. The right cheered right on. Here's what I hope she meant.


When articles and websites are used to threaten physical harm and sometimes death threats. When individuals do the same. This should go for all sides.
