Rule number 1 when a cop stops you. Don't run.

It seems as if we have situations where some folks just don't get it. A police officer will stop a person for one reason or another. But for some reason a person will run. Why?

Regardless if you're black, white, brown, etc. Rule number 1. Don't run. Rule number 2. Refer to rule number 1. There is a rule number 3. Resist and it will not go well. You just may end up dead.
