Oh if only we had another Chief Davis. Blue Line Flag banned by LAPD. Thanks Race Baiters. So one complaint and the chief orders the flag taken  down. Claimed it was used as a symbol of racism by a far right group.

The flag was flying proudly in the HQ lobby. Here's  the chiefs statement.

“I directed to have the item taken down from the public lobby. The U.S. flag should be proudly displayed in our lobbies whenever possible. Memorials for our fallen are also authorized in all public spaces,” he said.  “It’s unfortunate that extremist groups have hijacked the use of the ‘Thin Blue Line flag’ to symbolize their undemocratic, racist, and bigoted views.”

Gone are the good old days of Chief Davis.
