Some Never Trumpers and White Progressive Supremacists are pushing the 14th Amendment as a tool to keep Trump off the 2024 ballots.

These are the same white folks who kept the Green Party off the ballot in 2020. Now they're trying it on Trump.

Some may even think that Trump used Mental Telepathy to send secret mental orders to seize control of the Capitol. Yeah right.

Well we have this fr om theDemocrat Arizona Secretary of State.  Arizona Secretary of State Adrian Fontes (D) announced Wednesday that Arizona law prohibits the U.S. Constitution’s Fourteenth Amendment from being used to keep former President Donald Trump off the presidential ballot. 

Fontes telling an Arizona-based podcast that state law prohibits the Fourteenth Amendment from being used against Trump.

“Now, the Arizona Supreme Court said that because there’s no statutory process in federal law to enforce Section 3 of the 14th amendment, you can’t enforce it,” Fontes said.
