No Governor, Trump didn't cause California's delay in vote count.
The other day Governor Newsom Blamed President Trump for the long delay in counting the votes. But this has been an issue since the law the Democrats passed in 1965.
Before 1965 California had the 48-hour law that said results had to start counting in 48 hours. Total count took anywhere from 2 days to two weeks depending on county size.
In 1965 the Democrats eliminated the 48-hour rule and passed the 30-day law. Claiming it would speed things up. What?
Only in California.
