Next stop the Supreme Court.

Next stop the Supreme Court.

Last month a federal judge blocked President Trump’s executive order to strip federal workers of their ‘collective bargaining’ rights. US District Judge Paul Friedman, a Clinton appointee, blasted Trump earlier this week during a hearing on this case.

On Friday evening, the DC Circuit Court of Appeals struck down the  judge’s ruling and lifted the block on Trump’s executive order.

“Preserving the President’s autonomy under a statute that expressly recognizes his national-security expertise is within the public interest,” Judges Henderson and Walker wrote, according to Politico.

No doubt that this goes to the Supreme Court.
