Is there a silver lining to 92,000 job loss?

No matter how you look at it, 92,000 job loss doesn't look good. Can there be a silver lining here? 

1. 10,000 FEWER FEDERAL WORKERS.

2. Over 50,000 are because of weather and holiday layoffs (After Christmas workers are gone.)

3. Over 50,000 are because of nationwide work stoppage, (Kaiser alone has 31,000 on layoffs because of a strike).

4. 30,000 are on temporary layoff.
