If Joe Biden created 13 million jobs in two and a half years, Donald Trump created over 16 million jobs in the last ten months of his Presidency. The last two months Joey boy has been claiming that he created 13 million new jobs with his Bidenomics.

Biden often likes to tout that he “created” 13 million jobs. Clearly, he has no idea about the difference between a job recovered and a job created.

  • The United States has seen a net gain of roughly 2.3 million jobs since right before the pandemic struck.

    • In February 2020, before the pandemic hit, 158.7 million people were employed in the United States.
    • Currently, as of June 2023, 161 million people are employed in the United States.
  • The job recovery began under the previous president, who oversaw the recovery of 16.6 million jobs.
  • Republican-led states are the ones creating jobs and leading the economic recovery.

    • The latest state jobs report shows that eight of the top 10 states for jobs recovered since the coronavirus pandemic began are led by Republican governors, and all 10 states have Republican-controlled legislatures.
