Stop messing around. Schumer is blocking the appointment of Constitutional judges. The proposal is based on one Sen. Amy Klobuchar (D-Minn.) rolled out two years ago. It would have allowed the party in power to bring up to 10 nominees simultaneously who emerged from the same panel and put them up for one vote.
