Bernie Kerik to release all documents from January 6th. Not the documents the January hit mob wanted to pick and chose from.

Politico is reporting that Kerik intends to share documents he believes are “not privileged” with the panel by the end of next week. Kerik, concerned that those documents not deemed privileged could be released selectively, indicated he expected to post them on a public website, Politico said. 

This stops folks like Schiff from doctoring documents the way he has in the past. Trump has agreed to waive a portion of the client privilege.

“To be clear, Mr. Kerik wants very much to cooperate with the Committee and to comply with the subpoena,” he said. “He is being hampered by the Committee’s refusal thus far to accept the conditions of the privilege waiver.”
