After shedding 105,000 jobs in October, November bounces back some.

Economists polled by The Wall Street Journal had expected a gain of 45,000 jobs in November, and a 4.5% unemployment rate. We had 4.6% unemployment, but a gain of 64,000 jobs.

October was a negative number because 164,000 Federal jobs were cut. To me that's good news. Since January we've seen 271,000 non-essential Federal jobs gone.
