Well let's go back to 2010 when we had the bill first pass. From 2010 to 2018, 350 banks failed under Obama Biden. When the law was changed in 2018, only 16 Banks failed.
interesting part was that 17 Democrat Senators and 34 Democrat House members voted for the change in 2018. Even if Trump was against the change, there was Bi-Partisan support to over ride Trump.
